0~5min: take attendance
5~15min: basic ability training:backhand and forehand passing. (Make sure every member have solid base on basic passing.)
15~20min: rest
20~45min: drills training practice (just like 横排 竖排 These strategies can be used in the ultimate frisbee competition.)
45~60min: ultimate frisbee competition(Help the members utilize the drills they learn in the previous part in the real competition. In order for them to prepare for the frisbee school team)
